Chocolate chip Cookie dough squares.

I tried this at a restaurant it was the first time that I try something like that. I have been working on how to prefect it. And here it is finally did it I really hope you try making it, it is very easy to make and very delicious.

  Chocolate chip Cookie dough squares.

Things you need:

1/2 cup unsalted butter make sure it’s at room temperature.

3/4 cup packed brown sugar.

1/2 tsp salt.

1 tsp vanilla extract, or you could use vanilla bean.

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour.

1 can sweetened condensed milk.

2 cups mini dark chocolate chips.

Execute:

Alright let’s get messy. First thing first in a mixer add the butter, sugar, and salt all together until you get a mixture like a white wet cloud, once done just scrape down the sides of the bowl once add the vanilla extract, add the flour gradually and the condensed milk, throw in those gorgeous heavenly looking dark chocolate chips mix everything well and set aside.

Spray an 8 by 8 square baking pan with cooking spray, if you don’t have that no need to go out and buy it just use 1 tbsp of soft butter, or 1 tbsp of oil that will do it. Line up the pan with parchment paper make sure the ends are long enough so after it sets in the fridge you can lift it up.

Pour that lusciousness goodness dough into the pan and try to even it out as much as you can, try not to use your hands because I find the heat from the hands will melt everything and I don’t recommend that, I found the best tool is the back of a very large cold spoon. Anyhow, I’m sure you’ll figure it out Cover the pan with plastic wrap refrigerate until it firms up, it usually takes about 5 hours or if you want you could leave it overnight.

Dark Chocolate frosting.

Things you need:

1 Pack of dark chocolate chips. Now if you don't want to use dark chocolate twice, you could use semi sweet chocolate.
2 tbsp of room temperature salted butter.

Execute:

Put both the chocolate and the butter in a microwave safe bowl and time it for 60 seconds, stir the chocolate every 20 seconds. Once the timer is done and you still see the chocolate hasn't completely melted keep stirring the heat will melt everything, if things really need to be melted more just put it for an extra 15 seconds.
By now the dough should already be in the fridge and allow at least 1 hour before pouring the dark liquid of amazingness onto the dough. Don't forget to remove the plastic wrap before pouring the chocolate on the dough and do not cover it. Try to even it as much possible as you can.

Set the whole tray for 5 hours or overnight and enjoy.
