Cheese eggs Hashbrown Casserole

This is a continuous recipe for breakfast.



Cheese eggs Hashbrown Casserole

Things you need:
5 eggs.
5 medium size yellow potatoes any sort would do.
2 1/2 cups of any grated cheese. I recommend Canadian cheddar.
1 tsp salt.
1 tbsp salt.
1/2 tsp black pepper.
1/2 tsp garlic powder.
Lastly 2 Chive stalks.
1 tbsp room temperature butter. 


Execute: 

First step is to preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 
Before peeling the potatoes first you gotta wash them, after washing start peeling and this is what I call labor of love. Now once you finish peeling put the potatoes in a bowl filled with cold water just to keep them from changing color, get your casserole and butter it with your butter and set aside. Now drain the water from the potatoes pat them dry and start grating them, once you're done with that put them on a paper towel or a regular towel and use the 1 tablespoon of the salt over them and set them for a minute or a two just to get the extra moisture out then make sure they are completely patted dry. So you get your potatoes put them in a bowl and season with the black pepper salt and garlic power. (By the way these measurements you can change depending on how many people there is and the amount of seasoning you like). Mix the seasoning and potatoes really good so everything is coated. now in a separate bowl crack all the eggs and add a pinch of salt and black pepper just so it wont be bland, pour the eggs over your potatoes and mix well and pour the mixture into your casserole cover it with tinfoil and put it in the oven bake for about 8 to 10 minutes just so everything set. 
Take out from the oven and check if you still see it under cooked re-cover and put it back in the oven for en extra 5 minutes, take it out and sprinkle all that grated cheese remove the cover and bake it until all the cheese melt and before it changes color to golden, chop up the chive stalks sprinkle over the cheese and keep in the bake until everything is cooked.
