Poached egg

This will include some of favorite breakfast recipes, some are worldly known and some that were created, and tested by me and others.

Poached egg

Things you need:

A fresh egg.
1 tbsp vinegar.
Salt.
Freshly grounded black pepper.
A very large wooden spoon or a large whisk.
A big pot.

Execute:

In the large pot pour water and wait for it to boil. After the water reaches the boiling point, get your wooden spoon or your large whisk and go clock wise to create a swirl in the water, and that is a very important step. After creating that swirl in the water pour in your vinegar and whisk a bit more after that carefully crack your egg in the water and you will see your egg gets cooked perfectly and the swirl you created in the water will help the egg white to coat the egg itself and not be floating allover the place. I usually keep it for about 120 seconds or until the egg rise to the top, take out very gently put the egg on a paper towel gently tap the egg to remove all that water and dry it up. Then lightly season with salt and the black pepper.

Now when you cut through it the yolk should be silky and runny like a golden yellow syrup. You could eat it just like that or you elevate it even more.

To elevate it, the sky is the limit you could use a poach egg on anything for breakfast I usually chop up some avocados with some fresh chopped parsley and with some some lime zest and juice of a lime about a 1/2 tsp mix that well serve on top of a zwieback bread and it is a very sweet and crispy toast if you can't find that just make toast out of regular white bread and it should be fine as well, and just put the poached egg on top. Slice up and eat.

Hope you enjoyed this.
